“You bring such a grounding to the room.”
The word “grounding” implies the perspective of someone other than you or me, the subject noun of the sentence. Perspectives happening other than our own, about each of us, mean that we each were observed.
The two speakers are saying that our presence changes the feeling of the whole room. The speakers are smart, so we can know that these things are real to her and her.
The awareness of our minds towards other people in the room changed the feeling of the room. Every person who enters the room changes the feeling of the room. Not every person brings the feeling of a grounding to the room.
Both of us being quiet, our minds always monitoring all of the people in the room, we monitor the room differently. I monitor the room with my gaze down, such that my eyes don’t notice physical details about the room. You monitor the room with your gaze up, such that you take in physical details about the room. People come to you for help with respect to other people in the room. I am very aware of children. Children gravitate towards you too.
If this awareness of our minds changing the feeling of the room where you are or I am is observable by at least one person, then the same thing is observable by more than one person. The awareness of which I speak is central to who we are and is profound.
